Air Jordan 4 Premium Ginger

Every now and then Jordan brings us a retro pair that are more premium than your everyday sneaker. Luxurious wheat/ginger coloured leather covers the upper alongside a gum sole, quilted leather inner sole and leather laces. With a price tag of $500AUD, this luxury does come at a cost. If you can afford to splash the cash, these are a worthy addition to any collection. Understandably, these are selling out fast.

Adidas Consortium x St Alfred Gazelle OG GTX

St Alfred, a Chicago based sneaker store, has jumped onto the Adidas Consortium Tour with their latest collaboration on the beloved Gazelle. After the recent run of colourful Gazelles that Adidas have brought us, St Alfred has created a clean, understated sneaker with an off white nubuck upper and white midsole. The upper features a Gore-Tex membrane making the shoe breathable and water resistant. These are a premium yet practical shoe and one of the best Consortium releases of this year.

Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged Reflective White

Outside of Adidas’ lines with Kanye and NBA stars, it could be said that the Ultra Boost is responsible for the growing popularity of Adidas amongst sneaker culture. Adidas has just released a pack of three Ultra Boost’s featuring reflective uppers. The reflective white colourway is the cleanest looking design of the pack, the all-white upper has speckles of metallic silver sprinkled throughout for a reflective glow. This sits on the traditional boost midsole, arguably the comfiest midsole on the market, alongside a white heel cage and silver and gold embossed Ultraboost logo. These are very limited so get in quick.

Adidas EQT Support Olive Cargo

Over the last six months Adidas has released a steady stream of the EQT Support, including both general releases and collaborations. The latest Adidas EQT Support comes to us in an olive cargo colourway. The olive coloured canvas upper and suede accents sit on a white midsole topped off with the EQT Branding on the tongue and heel. This silhouette looks stunning in all colourways but the olive has to be my favourite.

New Balance 998 Made in USA Ash Black

The New Balance 998 is one of the sleeker, more clean looking silhouettes of the New Balance range and one of my personal favourites to wear. This pair, made in the USA, come with a grey and black upper in both nubuck and smooth leather and is finished with navy and 3M reflective accents. All this sits on the traditional 998s Abzorb mid sole for comfort and support.

Asics Gel Lyte III MT Black/Grey

The third release of Asics new sneaker boot silhouette, the Gel Lyte III MT, comes to us in an understated colourway. It has a predominately black suede upper with dark grey accents on top of a black speckled midsole (affectionately known as an Oreo midsole) and is finished with rope laces. These sneaker boots are made for the American winter with a neoprene sock liner for both weather resistance and warmth. The most limited of previous Gel Lyte III MT releases, you will need to grab them while they are hot.

Nike Air Presto Flyknit Dark Grey

Last year, you would have been lucky to find many people that remembered the Nike Air Presto. Following few releases in years, Nike has revived the sneaker, releasing many colourways and re-engineering it with a mid-cut all Flyknit upper. This week, Nike has released the Presto Flyknit in a dark grey colourway. The upper is all grey Flyknit with a cage around the forefoot and heel finished with swooshes on the toe box and midsole. These are one of my favourite Flyknit Presto colourways so far and are available now.

Nike Air Force 1 Low White/Red

Air Force 1 Low’s are one of my favourite sneakers ever. For a shoe from the 80’s, they remain comfortable and relevant, matching any sense of style. This week Nike has bought us a pack featuring red, blue and green pairs. The red pair is my personal favourite, with an all white upper, red swoosh, sole and lining finished with Nike Air branding on the heel. These are a great staple to add to any collection.
