It’s a little bit more industrial-style compared to the slimmer mounts on our list from iOttie and Moment, but that’s a trade-off you can make for sturdiness and durability. Available in a fixed version (as pictured) we prefer the adjustable version with its 23-degree rotatable ball head so you can point it at the driver. In terms of attachment, it utilises a rubberised press-lift attachment, as well as a proprietary (M)Force magnet array, which ensures your phone will be securely attached at all times. We find this mount works great in cars with deeper air vents. Sadly, there’s no wireless charging to be found here (yet).

The Mous Car Vent Mount with MagSafe is simple and effective, but the large hinge design uses silicone prongs and mechanical thumbscrews to keep it secure which doesn’t work for some modern vehicles with thin vent openings. We do like the adjustable head, MagSafe technology, matte black finish, and simple circular design that’s robust, long-lasting, and scratch-free. It’s just too bulky and does the same job as the iOttie, Belkin, and PITAKA models which remain our favourites.
