Husqvarna Teams Up with Liverpool FC

Have you ever caught yourself mid-Liverpool game gawking at the almost techni-colour green grass? Drooling over the unfathomably pristine pitch? Salivating over that sweet soil? Join the club, buddy.

It turns out, since 2021, the iconic Liverpool FC Premier League team has been using Husqvarna robotic mowers to maintain the pristine conditions of the green spaces at AXA Training Centre, and AXA Melwood Training Centre. Now, the legendary team is taking things a step further, announcing Husqvarna as the official groundskeeping partner of LFC, the first partnership of its kind for both parties.

“We are thrilled to announce this partnership between Liverpool FC and Husqvarna, two premium market leaders united by their shared values and innovative approach,” Ben Latty, chief commercial officer at LFC said. “We have developed ambitious commercial targets to attract the best brands that fit with Liverpool Football Club, and that can also help drive further success on the pitch.”

Under the multi-year agreement, Husqvarna’s state-of-the-art equipment will be integrated into LFC’s groundskeeping teams’ daily routines and pitch upkeep. Together, the two organisations will ensure the pitch conditions are optimal, all year round.

“Husqvarna’s reputation for quality and innovation in grounds maintenance is unmatched, and we look forward to working closely with them to ensure our facilities continue to be maintained to the highest possible standards,” Latty said.
