A towering beacon of luxury and opulence will soon land on Australia’s most iconic stretch of beach. Award-winning Queensland-based developer GRAYA has announced Enclave, a $140 million project set to transform the Gold Coast beachside locale of Broadbeach into a hub of tranquil wellness and rejuvenation.
The 23-storey building will feature 24 large-scale beachside residences, including eight half-floor residences and 15 full-floor residences. While snagging one of these will put you out of pocket, the extravagant three-storey penthouse really takes the cake – expecting to shatter local records with a price point tipped to be over $25 million.
For brothers and GRAYA operators Rob and Andrew Gray, the Enclave planning permit caps off a period of sustained growth for the development company. GRAYA currently boasts a pipeline of work in the realm of $1 billion, with recent projects in Queensland including Canvas in Bulimba and Dune in Burleigh Heads (which recently sold to fitness influencer Adam Sullivan for a cool $11 million).
“This is our tallest tower to date, and we’ve designed a scheme that we’re incredibly proud of,” Rob Gray said. “This is one of the Gold Coast’s true lifestyle offerings, with protected ocean views, high-end finishes, and whole-floor residences where every detail has been carefully considered to give residents a laid-back yet luxurious life just metres from the sand. Enclave will cater to the growing global demand for holistic wellness and longevity, and will provide residents with services and equipment that you’d only find at the world’s most exclusive wellness clubs.”
What makes Enclave different to GRAYA’s other projects is its distinct wellness focus. Residents can relax at a bathhouse-style health and wellness space on level one. As well as massage, acupuncture, dry needling and IV drip treatments, you can treat yourself to a hot and cold plunge, relax in the steam room and sauna, hit the gym, book yourself in at the hydrotherapy spa or take a dip in a mineral water pool. There is no way you can live here and not be healthy.
Residents are also treated to a concierge who can coordinate everything from a private chef to surf lessons, personal training and facials, or why not hit up the private sommelier? It’s almost too good to be true.
On top of the insane amenities, Enclave also looks the part. Conceived by a multi-disciplinary team, GRAYATM enlisted the expertise of Sydney interior design practice Tom Mark Henry to help materialise a series of light, airy and luxurious oases.
