Enter the new Osmo Pocket, which puts the power and stability directly in your hands by way of a handheld gimbal. Touted as the world’s smallest three-axis stabilised camera, DJI’s latest is as easy to transport as it is to use. What’s more, it packs a full spectrum of intelligent features into a brilliantly compact body. Good for photos and videos alike, this innovative camera is ready for whatever adventure you can throw its way.

Measuring in at just 4″ tall, the DJI Osmo Pocket renders an ironically huge impression. The gadget comes powered by a 1/2.3″ sensor, which delivers 12MP photos and 4K video up to 60fps at 100Mbps. Pair that with a three-axis mechanical gimbal, and you get supremely smooth, high-resolution footage in return. Thanks to a universal port located under the 1″ touchscreen, you can connect any mobile device that uses iOS Lightning or USB-C. Also featured are built-in dual microphones for advanced noise-cancellation and premium audio. Meanwhile, a powerful battery allows you to shoot 4K video at 3ofps for up to two hours at a time.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a DJI if it didn’t come filled to the brim with intelligent features. Included among them are ActiveTrack, FaceTrack, Timelapse, FPV Mode, two Panorama modes, and more. As if all that weren’t enough, an in-app menu serves up recording modes like Story Mode and Pro Mode. Throw in a massive range of accessories–such as a mount, wireless module, controller wheel, expansion kit, filters, charging case, adapter, and so much more–and this tiny beast leaves essentially nothing to be desired. It’s currently available for pre-order at a price of AUD $599.
