Specsavers released a new collection of frames in bright and bold colours as an ‘up yours’ to the colder, darker and subsequently less fun months. More than 200 new pieces are launching throughout Autumn/Winter 19 from designer collaborations and Specsavers’ own ranges.
Highlights include colourful frames from Australian designers Alex Perry and Collette Dinnigan. Plus pop princess Kylie Minogue has a new range. Joining the Specsavers portfolio are several exclusive international designers including Parisian design powerhouse KENZO and British label Red or Dead will unveil a collection of glasses featuring interchangeable arms.
Specsavers will also debut a range of frames with removable nose pads to ensure a comfortable and perfect fit for those with lower nose bridges, higher cheekbones, and broader faces.
The new styles take inspiration from the ’90s revival currently seen on the runway. Expect updated shapes, bold logos and bright colours including reflective blues, luminous greens, rich reds, dusty pinks and purples and shades of gold.
“The aesthetic of the Autumn/Winter 19 collection chimes perfectly with our own aspiration to see specs wearers express their individuality through the glasses they wear,” says Stig Engelbreth Hansen, Global Head of Product Design for Specsavers.
“This season it’s all about the attitude and confidence that glasses can bring out in the wearer.”
With an extensive range of choice, Specsavers guarantees everyone will find a pair to complement their style. Priced from AUD$199 for two pairs single-vision the Autumn/Winter 19 collection is available in Specsavers stores across Australia.
