Win Free Tickets to See BIRD and Support Youth Off The Streets
Academy Award-nominated actor Barry Keoghan’s new film, BIRD, is about to drop in cinemas and to celebrate the launch, the filmmakers have teamed up with an Aussie legend. The story of BIRD centres on a subsection of marginalised people who find themselves on the fringes of contemporary society, representing a powerful coming-of-age fable that rings undeniably true. Ahead of the film’s release, the creators of BIRD have joined forces with real-life services organisation Youth Off The Streets to help shed light on those in need.
The not-for-profit youth services organisation supports Australian children and young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Offering crisis accommodation and special assistance schooling for those whose needs aren’t met by mainstream schools, along with First Nations services, Youth Off The Streets is an organisation that is driven by the power of positive purpose—and you can get involved.
BIRD and Youth Off The Streets are giving away five double passes to see the new film, helping to spread the important message. For the chance to win tickets:

El Jannah Resurrects EJ Bites Due to Popular Demand
The deliciousness of chicken can be harnessed in many different ways, but we’d argue its ultimate form is that of the fried and bite-sized variety. Pair that with the best garlic sauce ever conjured in Western Sydney, and you have a snack worthy of the gods.
That being the case, it was with considerable excitement that we received the news El Jannah would this week be responding to a flood of requests from the public to bring back its much-loved EJ Bites. These tender chicken pieces marinated in El Jannah’s signature spices and fried to crispy perfection are nothing short of perfection, particularly when paired with one of the iconic Aussie food chain’s incredible sauces, like the new loaded hommous, EJ chilli, or the aforementioned garlic masterclass.
Plus, at just AUD$6.50, it won’t break the bank to fill the chicken-shaped hole in your heart this Valentine’s Day.
