Grill’d Healthy Fried Chicken Burgers for $5

Yes, you read that correctly.

Our favourite healthy burger joint is smashing the price of their Healthy Fried Chicken (HFC) burgers for a limited time. Relish Members (new and existing) will be able to purchase up to 5 HFC burgers for just $5 each. Yes, you heard right, not one, not two, not three, not four, but 5 of the new HFC burgers, that’s enough for the whole office (if you want to be a complete legend). This list of flavours is equally as delectable, our favourite being the Smokey, with others including, Classic, Bonfire BBQ and BLAT.

What makes them great? Grill’d have perfected their recipe, for one, they now brine their chicken. Think of it as a spa that infuses the flavours of rosemary, sage, thyme, and marjoram real deep. And secondly, their chicken is wrapped in a new, tastier coating which is better at picking up an equally new, crunchier crumb. To top it off there are no preservatives, additives or hormones.

If we had it our way we’d pair the HFC burger with their all-new salt-bush and pepper onion rings – we’ve tried them and without any bias (maybe a little) think they’re the best onion rings we’ve had full stop. Order in-store or via the Grill’d app before May 8th to claim your $5 HFC burger. Sign-up via the link below.

Bar Patrón Reopens its Doors

Sydney institution, Bar Patrón, has officially reopened its doors after a three-year hiatus. Located at 2 Phillip Street, Circular Quay, the bar will reopen for lunch from 12 pm, with guests invited to enjoy its world-class views, the best tequilas, Margaritas (obviously), and authentic Mexican menu brimming with flavour.

“Bar Patrón is a Sydney institution; it is one of the founding pillars of the city’s contemporary Mexican dining scene. We anticipate our loyal guests will return and new customers will be keen to explore the much talked about Bar Patrón experience, including our world-class views, our one-of-a-kind Patrón Tequila experience, premium Margaritas, and a menu of bold dishes and quintessential flavours,” said Frank Tucker, Pacific Concepts President.

The only dining and drinks destination to partner with Patrón Tequila in this way can once again enjoy an elevated Mexican restaurant experience and soak up Sydney’s best harbourside views from the elegant dining room and window-side
marble bar, which offers a magnificent vista of the Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay. Food is equally as elegant, with a seafood driven entree menu offering the likes of Scallop Ceviche, Tuna Ensalada and Octopus Huarache. House-pressed tortillas become hand-held tacos that are plump with light, flavour-packed fillings, including Soft Shell Crab, Chicken with Black Mole and Carnitas Eggplant, all paired with house-made sauces and salsas. Main dishes include Tajima Wagyu Rib Eye with Epazote Chimichurri and Aged Mango Mole; Lamb Shoulder Birria; and Lobster al Patrón, served with a creamy tequila sauce. Yum, yum, yum.

Roll’d Drop a New Bánh Mi Menu

Roll’d Vietnamese has revitalised its bánh mì offering, with authenticity, flavour and freshness. Celebrating the very best in Vietnamese staples, the new bánh mì menu features two new fillings, including; Shaking Beef, a sizzling love affair between a Saigon breakfast and classic Australian barbecue, and Vegan Lemongrass Chilli Chicken, a hot take on a lunchtime favourite that’s both plant-based and delicious, alongside classics including Roast Pork & Crackling, BBQ Chicken, Tofu and Lemongrass Beef also having gone through fundamental transformations – rolls are priced from $10.

New baked-on-site rolls (like your favourite hot bread shop), ensures each and every vessel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, that arrives alongside a traditional pâté recipe from Northern French origins.

“When we first launched Roll’d, bánh mì baguettes were one of the original menu items. While we’ve undertaken significant changes to our bánh mì offering, we assure regardless of filling, the essentials: quality French rolls, Vietnamese pâté and mayonnaise are non-negotiable,” says Bao Hoang, founder and CEO.

From now until May 15th, $1 from every bánh mì will be donated to Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation which supports building homes for disadvantaged youth in Vietnam. Check out the link below for more information.
