This little café may be small but it’s a big hit with the vegans of Perth. Flora & Fauna is a quirky café nestled in a laneway off Aberdeen Street. The menu serves up all day-brunch and there are plenty of vegan sweets you can have after your main meal. They don’t hold back when it comes to quality coffee either, serving up our favourite blends of Micrology coffee.

If you’re getting bored with the typical breakfast-brunch fare, it might be time you visit Little Bird Café. The menu is entirely vegan and vegetarian and pays close attention to making the food look as good as it tastes. Sit in the courtyard out the back to enjoy the full experience and chat with the friendly staff.

Ramen is one of life’s greatest simple pleasures, and Ramen Ichiraku has made sure the vegans among us aren’t left out. They have a huge menu incorporating ramen, maze-men and tsukemen. If you don’t know what these are, the team will run you through them and the flavours will say it all. Come on Wednesdays for vegan night- a three-course vegan meal for $20!

Mother is the mother of all-vegan restaurants, a plant-based natural food and wine restaurant formerly known as The Raw Kitchen. We love the ethos behind Mother, which is all about inspiring and supporting health and sustainable living. The lunch and dinner menus are fresh and delicious and don’t be afraid to pair your meal with one of the many natural wines on offer.

Next time those sugar cravings hit, make a beeline for Yo Donuts and you won’t be left disappointed. The bakery is one of Perth’s only plant-based bakery’s and serves up delicious doughnuts, cupcakes and cakes. Located in the Perth town of Melville, they also offer catering services.

We all know Indian and vegan food go hand in hand, and the team at Vegorama take it to the next level. Nothing compares to the vegan menu at this restaurant, Vegorama dishing out vegetarian versions of classic Indian curries. The menu is huge, so the only struggle you’ll have is deciding on what to eat! We recommend their veg version of butter chicken, tastes so real it’s freaky!

Offering delivery as well as dine-in, Eat Drink Raw is all about making healthy food quick, easy and accessible. With this philosophy, there’s never any excuse to not eat clean. Their menu is fully vegan and includes a lot of raw food options. We can’t go past their raw pad Thai for when you’re craving noodles or their PB choc banana smoothie bowl for when you’re craving something sweet.

A delicious dining experience with a conscience, Annalakshmi is a vegan restaurant like no other. The Indian restaurant is authentic and comes with a twist. It is pay as you feel and run by volunteers. Tables are also communal. This doesn’t mean they hold back when it comes to the food, the flavours transporting you right to the busy streets of India.

There’s plenty of vegan-friendly food to go around at this William Street restaurant. Perhaps the best thing about Govinda’s is the affordable price point on most items on the menu, which means you can order even more! The cuisine is Indian and there is a $10 all-you-can-eat buffet, so there are plenty of options. You’ll leave Govinda’s feeling fuller than you ever thought possible!

Located in the trendy town of Fremantle, Chic Pea Vegan Café is the perfect spot to go with your hip vegan friends. The menu is seasonal which keeps you excited all year round. However, some classics like their burgers, quiche and sweet treats are always guaranteed. The winter months call for soups and yummy curries to warm your bellies. With cool décor and good vibes, this is one of our fave vegan restaurants.

This simple, cosy café is a local favourite for yummy vegan and vegetarian food. The menu is inspired by the season and the produce it brings. On the menu, expect all your brunch favourites with the inclusion of some fun options like the Japanese hotcake with lemon curd and berries. We also can’t go past the vegan feast for just $22!

This Perth deli is so good it may even convince you to go fully raw! Everything at Little Raw Deli is made in-house and their mission is to show you how easy and delicious vegan food can be. They prioritise flavour and freshness over anything else, and the light glow you’ll feel after leaving the café is a testament to that.

One of the most popular vegan chains in town, Perth doesn’t hold back, with multiple Loving Hut’s scattered across the city. The reason why there’s so many are clear- the food is fast, yummy and healthy. Very much a case of no-thrills dining, the flavours are top priority- which we love!

Vegan and pizza don’t usually go hand-in-hand, but this Perth pizzeria has made the two a joint reality. The team at Peace’za have created the perfect menu of vegan pizza. Think fluffy pizza crust and vegan alternatives to all your meat-pizza classics. Bring your meat-eating friends and don’t tell them it’s vegan- they won’t even taste the difference!

Raw + More Café is a hidden gem in the Perth vegan dining scene, and we’re here to let you in on the secret. Nestled behind a storefront off Hay Street, Raw + More Café serves up easy, healthy food with no long wait. It’s the perfect stop for your mid-morning smoothie or afternoon sweet fix, with plenty of raw treats and you don’t even have to feel guilty!

Veggie Mama is the mama of healthy vegan and vegetarian dining in Mount Lawley. The space is laid back and bright, and the food is fresh and delicious. Much to our delight, you can pop by at any time of the day for a yummy meal, the café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cabinet is full to the brim with salad, cold meals and treats so – making a decision is the hardest part!

The aim at Hongkies is simple- authentic Hong Kong food for the people of Perth. It’s a family-run restaurant with all the classics like noodles and wontons. The traditional baked rice and pasta is something else and we recommend no visit here is complete without trying. Whilst the restaurant is not fully vegan or vego, there are plenty of options for non-meat-eaters.

It’s about time we had a vegan ice-cream shop make an appearance, and Roho Bure is the queen of all things vegan in a cone. Their decadent ice-creams are made from scratch and they have five regular flavours and a new weekly special each week. You can also order a whole pint if you want to take some for later!

They pride themselves in providing simple, authentic Indian cuisine with a special focus on catering to all dietary requirements. The menu is huge and everything is delicious – we suggest coming with a big group so you can order a few things to get the full experience!

Fremantle Markets are vegan and vegetarian heaven, with so many vegan-friendly stalls that will have you wandering around the market for hours. One of our favourites is Raw Raw Raw, a stall providing plenty of healthy, yummy takeaway options. Think smoothies, wraps, patties, salads and healthy desserts. Everything is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free and hand-made!
