Dell XPS 13 Plus: Specifications, Price, Release Date
Simple, yet intentional. The Dell XPS 13 has always showcased the best in Windows-based laptops and the brand looks to turn up the ante with a redesigned system built around 12th Generation Intel Core. We had our hands on the XPS 13 2-in-1 at the start of last year and were supremely impressed with the overall design, build quality, and power from such a usable form factor. This new XPS 13 builds on these pillars of modern stylish XPS models and presents the most powerful XPS 13 Plus yet.

Making Intentions Clear
Dell understands that the needs of customers no longer conform to traditions. In designing the XPS 13 Plus they stripped back all the unnecessary gadgets and gizmos to understand exactly what the market is asking for. Seamless in its experience, the interior of the new laptop showcases a new simplified design starting with the best-in-class edge to edge display that brings video, multimedia, photos, and editing software to life. Moving down the interior, a sleek keyboard, function row (not touch screen, thankfully), touchpad, and comfortable palm rest take the strain out of the equation when exercising a hybrid working environment. The keyboard itself features larger keycaps (zero-lattice) that allow smooth transitions between strokes and the top row is now clear and more functional with capacitive touch for quick media access. A seamless glass trackpad finishes off the interior beautifully.
Underneath the skin, the latest battery technology sees Express Charge 2.0 that offers 80% battery life in less than an hour.
Sight and sound have been greatly improved to increase the creative process when using the Dell XPS 13 Plus. The borderless viewing experience courtesy of the 4-sided InfinityEdge display has been increased with a reduction in layers – improving clarity and weight. On the sound spectrum, the speakers are louder with a broader dynamic range thanks to down-firing speakers with solid bass hidden under the keyboard.
Pricing and Availability
The Dell XPS 13 Plus will be available worldwide from Spring 2022 (United States) with Windows 11.
Pricing will be confirmed nearer to the shipping date.
