The colours come in solid slate grey, black, or red, or you can mix up offset colour combinations, such as yellow or purple. You can also change up the colours between the left and right controller, and get a third colour for the strap. You’ll have to work off of Nintendo’s Japanese web site to get the customised Switch, though, so find a Japanese speaker to help, or you can try out Google translate and see what it says. Plan on spending at least $300 to build your custom Switch from the ground up. Be aware that this isn’t the Switch with the longer battery life, though.
