Beats by Dre is turning Ten. To celebrate a decade in the audio industry, the Apple-owned brand is launching a new collection of its latest products styled with iconic red accents. The Decade Collection comprises both headphones and earphones, including Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones which we previously referred to as the “Mayweather of headphones.” Beats Studio3 Wireless also features a unique debossed earcup and comes with a custom linen case.
The other audio products receiving the red and black design include Solo3 Wireless, BeatsX wireless, Powerbeats3 Wireless and urBeats3. Why red? Well, it’s a colour that’s synonymous with the brand. Always has been.
Launched in 2008, Beats by Dre firmly situated itself as a leading audio brand, dominating the premium headphone category. In 2014, Apple acquired the brand, lifting it to the forefront of music culture. Beats range continues to grow, adding mainstay features like wireless technology, Pure Adaptive Noise Cancellation, incredible battery life and water resistance to its products, but it’s the red Beats “b” that has been around since the beginning.
The headphones and earphones within the Decade Collection are painted matte black to highlight its bold red accents. The headphones and earphones are available now from Apple and select retailers for the same price as their standard edition counterparts.
