The Best Pick-Ups from MR PORTER’s Bonkers ‘in America’ Capsule
MR PORTER openly struggled to curate their latest ‘in America’ capsule, not for a lack of choice, but quite the opposite. With the likes of Thom Browne, BODE, Rhude and The Elder Statesman at their disposal, the choices are extensive, to say the least. In curating their collection, they managed to get the list down to 600 items, so what did we do? Break that list down to just five of our ‘money no object’ favourites. Let’s check them out.

RHUDE Wine Club Logo-Embroidered Bomber Jacket
Known for its use of American iconography and nostalgic references throughout its designs, Rhude is often seen on the streets of LA or in the tunnels at your nearest NBA arena. Pieces are a visual commentary on American style and culture itself, not for the faint-hearted (or those with a loose hip pocket) the Wine Club Bomber Jacket seen here is one of our favourite pieces. Taking cues from vintage collegiate styles, the Jacket is exclusive to MR PORTER and is panelled from full-grain leather and a soft wool blend as well as a weighted, non-stretchy fabric with supple leather sleeves. Americana goodness in a nutshell.
