The new Rolex Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller has stolen the show at Watches and Wonders 2025, but there are some sneaky new releases from the brand that we’d love to draw your attention to, including a delicious Pistachio-dialled Oyster Perpetual 41 that’s flown under the radar. Here, we’re looking at all of the new Rolex watches unveiled at the show, and that means a handful of new dial options for pieces like the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II and some uber-limited choices for the Sky-Dweller and crowd-favourite Daytona that’s been given a very trendy Turquoise (Tifanny) dial.
It’s a tighter choice of releases from Rolex this year, and while the brand has stolen the show in the past with heavyweights (literally) like the Rolex Deepsea in 18 ct Yellow Gold (2024) and this $98,000 White Gold Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona it appears they’ve toned things down a bit this year, and we reckon it’s for the better.
Now, it’s time we took a closer look at all of the new Rolex releases for 2025, including the Land-Dweller, Ceramic-dialled GMT-Master II, Oyster Perpetual dials, 1908, Perpetual Datejust 31, and new dial options for the Daytona, Sky-Dweller, and GMT-Master II.
Highlights from Rolex at Watches and Wonders 2025
These are our favourite releases from the brand:
- Best overall release: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller
- Most underrated release: Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 redesign with pastel dial
- Most surprising release: GMT-Master II with Tiger Iron dial
- Biggest baller release: Daytona with Turquoise dial
Now you’ve read our favourites, let’s check out the complete list of releases.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller
Price: from AUD$22,700 (ref. 127234 in 36mm, White Rolesor)
Rolex’s new releases kicked off with the unveiling of the brand-new Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller. It’s the first integrated bracelet we’ve seen on a Rolex since the release of the Oysterquartz and while the Land-Dweller appears to only improve on an existing formula, it does so with some serious technical know-how.
You’ll find a staggering 66 hours of power reserve from this watch that ticks at 5Hz (36,000 beats per hour) thanks to a calibre 7135 movement with Dynapulse escapement (made from silicon) that is essentially Rolex’s version of a direct impulse escapement. This one isn’t as prone to shock as others thanks to key technical additions, including a high-tech oscillator, balance staff made from ceramic, and balance wheel made from brass with Paraflex shock absorbers.
The Land-Dweller is available in 40mm and 36mm options in White Rolesor, Everose Gold, and 950 Platinum and you can even choose a gem-set bezel if that tickles your fancy. You can check out a full list of pricing and specifications in our feature article.
Here are the specifications for the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller:

Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II
Price: AUD$75,900
When push comes to shove amongst Rolex collectors, the lucky lefty Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master can certainly hold its ground. Now, there’s an even more desirable model finished in 18 ct white gold with a ceramic dial (green Cerachrom) to match the lower half of the GMT Cerachrom bezel insert.
Why would you want a ceramic bezel? Well, it’s particularly scratch resistant for one, but the colours are also of rare intensity and are resistant to environmental effects, which is probably something you’d want on a watch that retails for AUD$75,900 and will likely fetch more than that on the secondary market.
Other than that, this is another exceptional Rolex model with a Superlative Chronometer certification offering an accuracy of −2 /+2 seconds per day.

This new bracelet is made from rows of seven very small links and is entirely polished to produce a nice glimmer in natural light. Holding everything together is a concealed Crownclasp that’s similar to that found on the new Oyster Perpetual Land-Dweller.

Originally reserved for the Day-Date, it’s a luxurious choice with a concentric gradient, progressing from a coloured centre to a deep black around the edge. We love the look of this dial with the bezel set with 46 brilliant-cut diamonds, paired with a President bracelet with concealed Crownclasp.

New Dials for Daytona, Sky-Dweller, and GMT-Master II
Traditionally, Rolex saves the best for last, and these three releases are certainly up there in terms of desirability.
The Tiffany-blue (Turquoise dial) on the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona ref. 126518LN will put it amongst the most valuable on the secondary market (even with a AUD$59,000 sticker price) and the bright green dial and 18 ct yellow gold case combination on the new Sky-Dweller with fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet (AUD$88,800).
Rounding out the list of releases is probably the most unexpected release from Rolex at Watches & Wonders this year. It’s the GMT-Master II new dial made from tiger iron. We had no idea what that was until Rolex told us, but it’s a natural stone, containing a combination of tiger’s eye, red jasper and hematite. We just think it looks cool!
