DRIP claims not to be just another fitness app but rather a personal trainer, wellness and mindfulness coach all wrapped into one. Designed for all fitness levels and goals, it offers customisable workouts developed by elite sports scientists and world-class personal trainers. Users can participate in various activities, including HIIT, cardio, strength, yoga and pilates, to meditation and mindfulness classes.
Dustin has handpicked the best in fitness, sport and wellness to create a training program that allows regular people to experience the top-tier coaching that has made him a world-class athlete. “I want to motivate and guide people to reach their fitness goals and become the best they can be in life,” Dustin said. “I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, and to have the opportunity to share things I’ve learnt and help others achieve their goals really excites me.”
While looking great in short shorts is always a plus, the inclusion of mindfulness and energy coaching was an extremely important feature for Martin. The app has a gallery of exercises that will significantly benefit peak performance, including coaching on building energy, life affirmations, sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, focus and attention.
Dusty explains: “To me, mindfulness is something you have to be disciplined with and work on – it’s a skill just like learning to kick a football. There are so many different ways to do meditations and mindfulness. It could just be going for a walk, exercising or playing with your kids, whatever you are doing. Just be present.”
DRIP was developed by the creators behind the award-winning soccer training app On The Ball Global, Michael and Maria Kathopoulis. In partnership with Dustin’s manager, Ralph Carr, the DRIP team have worked on the project for over 18 months, with Martin delivering 80% of the programs and workouts himself.
DRIP Fitness by Dustin Martin is free to download via the App Store. All new members get exclusive access to a free three-day trial, with payment processed according to the membership plan. Subscription pricing starts at AU$24.99 per month.
