Another week has passed almost as quickly as the timing seconds hand of a Zenith chronograph, which means another round-up of all the latest watch releases in the next Wind Up edition. In this week’s instalment, we’ll highlight a range of new and exciting watches, including pieces from Breguet, OMEGA, Hublot, and TAG Heuer. Happy reading, fellas, and have a great week ahead.

Breguet unveiled its latest and greatest with the new Tradition Chronographe Indépendant 7077BB. Sporting a white gold case and the maison’s recognisable “Breguet Blue” facade, the new Tradition Chronographe Indépendant 7077BB is a marriage of detailing, technical expertise and meticulous finishing.
The Breguet Tradition Chronographe Indépendant 7077BB is a wonderfully technical piece in that its chronograph module is completely independent from the rest of the movement. What looks to be two connected balance wheels are actually two separate escapements running independently of each other, each performing a task autonomously. The details throughout are obviously second to none, as is the case with all Breguet pieces, too.

OMEGA just announced its no-date Seamaster Diver 300M, much to the widespread pleasure of watch collectors and enthusiasts around the world—myself included, might I add. But, not only did OMEGA drop some serious heat, it also went above and beyond by unveiling a steel-on-steel model, aka the Silver Seamaster.
So, what we have are two distinctly different, rather welcomed additions to an expansive and historic family of watches. These models are now part of the permanent collection and come with either a steel mesh bracelet or a rubber strap. Aside from the colour difference, the other point of differentiation here is the bezel material. The black model has a steel bezel, while the silver model has a titanium bezel and dial. Silver for me.

Novak Djokovic fans rejoice—you can now own a literal piece of the athlete’s history and wear it on your wrist. The Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic from Hublot features a case and bezel made from recycled composite whose properties might surprise you.
It is actually made up of fragments from Novak Djokovic’s 25 HEAD rackets and 32 Lacoste shirts used during his record-breaking 2023 season (along with an epoxy resin base that has been reinforced with quartz powder and glass veil). Lots of other visual cues reminiscent of the sport are found throughout the piece, and as you would imagine it’s as light as a feather.
TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph Skeleton Las Vegas

Pink and black. It’s a combination that just works. And in the new TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph Skeleton Las Vegas, that sentiment just gets stronger and stronger the more you look at it. From the black sandblasted DLC-coated titanium case to the openworked and black sandblasted dial, the TAG Heuer Monaco Chronograph Skeleton Las Vegas looks a sinister and almost aggressive piece.
But, add dashes of pink on the rim of the sub-dial registers, the chronograph seconds hand and on the hour markers, and what you get is a very cool, very visceral watch that seems to work on so many levels. I love the partial openworking of the dial, the shade of pink and the dark look of the Monaco Chronograph Skeleton Las Vegas. Often times two-tone watches miss the mark, but in the case of this reference, TAG Heuer have done exceptionally well in creating balance throughout.
