S’WICH is Slingin’ 500 FREE Vegan Sandwiches

Bondi’s beloved sandwich haven, S’WICH, has joined forces with Heinz to unveil a delectable, limited-time vegan creation: the ‘Heinz Vegan Sprout.’ Nestled between S’WICH’s iconic white or brown bread are succulent roasted carrots, baby cos lettuce, avocado, cucumber, green goddess sauce, alfalfa sprouts, and a sprinkling of garlic bread crumbs. Elevating the ensemble is a luscious spread of Heinz Vegan Smokey Mayo.

To usher in the new year with flair, residents of Sydney can savour sandwiches for free on January 12th, from 11 am to 9 pm (or until supplies last). The first 500 visitors are in for a tasty treat, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can’t make it on the 12th, don’t stress as the ‘Heinz Vegan Sprout’ will grace the shelves of S’WICH until January 18.

Score a Free Lift to the Australian Open with Uber One

To mark the nationwide expansion of Comfort Electric later this month, Uber has joined forces with KIA to provide thousands of free Comfort Electric rides during the Australian Open for Uber One members, commencing on Sunday, January 14th. Mastercard, in collaboration with Westpac, has unveiled ‘TOUCH,’ Australia’s inaugural pictureless feature film solely relying on the power of sound. Directed by the acclaimed Tony Krawitz, the film narrates the story of Ben, a young man trapped in his father Frank’s consciousness following a failed experiment. To break free, Ben embarks on a journey through his father’s memories, unraveling facets he never knew. ‘TOUCH’ features renowned talents like sound editor Wayne Pashley and composer Jonathan Dreyfus, emphasizing a unique cinematic experience without visual cues.

The production, supported by Bus Stop Films, actively involved individuals with visual impairments in focus groups, shaping the film’s direction. Scheduled for a premiere at Westpac OpenAir on February 13, 2024, the film aligns with Mastercard and Westpac’s commitment to inclusivity, complementing their accessible card initiative for people with visual impairments.
